Milestone 3: RPC server, ZIP-320 (#104)
This PR contains the following changes:

- New RPC server for programmatic access to the wallet.
- Support for ZIP-320, TEX addresses and shielding/de-shielding of funds
- Native Haskell implementation of the Zcash commitment trees
